In the dating world, it’s either 0 or 100.
A situation where most women at work aren’t into you, yet one woman is, simply doesn’t happen..
If one woman is into you, it’s safe to assume the others around her are too.
When you want to know if the woman you like is into you, just look around.
If no women around you are into you and no men are jealous of you, trust me — she isn’t into you either.
When you start attracting women, the men around you will get jealous and start giving you petty harassment.
I’ve experienced this myself. I’ve been talked about behind my back right in front of me, stared down by people I barely know, and there were even guys who tampered with my work materials to sabotage me.
Do you really think any of that is going to make you attractive to women?
I’ve seen more than enough small-minded men around me to last a lifetime.
When a truly good-looking man with money, talent, and social status is getting girls, the men around him accept they can’t compete and give up.
But when someone like me — not particularly good-looking, no special status, and not wealthy — starts attracting women, the men around him get jealous and think “why does a guy like him get girls?”
But being jealous of by the men around you isn’t a bad thing.
Because at the very least, it proves you are a better man than he is.
And the fact that you’re attractive enough to make men jealous is itself what makes you even more attractive to the women around you.
Women are drawn to strong and superior men.
This is instinctual and absolutely unchangeable.
And how is that strength and quality measured? Largely by reputation.
If other women like him, he must be a good man. If other men are jealous of him, he must be attractive. That’s how women think.
It’s the same logic as seeing a long line outside a ramen shop and knowing it must be good, even if you’ve never tried it.
If women are flocking to a man, she decides he is the one she should have.
No one can fight instinct.
Women want the men that other women want.
This kind of human psychology can be used to your advantage.
On dating apps, you meet one-on-one, so no complex social dynamics come into play.
But the workplace is a different beast — men, women, agendas, emotions, all tangled up in complex social dynamics.
So the mind games begin.
